Prenatal Sessions & Birth Preparation
Our prenatal sessions are where we get to know each other and prepare for your birth. We’ll talk through your plans, comfort measures, your options, and what you want your support team to know.
Ongoing Support
Between our prenatal sessions, you can reach out with questions, updates, or things you want to talk through as you prepare for your birth.

On-Call for Your Birth
Beginning at 37 weeks, I’m on call and ready to support you when labour begins.
Continuous Labour & Birth Support
When it’s time, I’ll join you and remain with you throughout labour and birth, providing hands-on comfort, encouragement, information, and support for your partner or support person.
After Birth
I’ll stay with you for approximately one hour after your baby is born, followed by a check-in within the first few weeks.
Investment
Birth Doula Support — starting at $1,650 CAD
Your investment is based on your individual support needs and location. Birth support is available throughout Toronto, with select births in the GTA.
Virtual Doula Support
One-on-one support throughout pregnancy, wherever you are.
Virtual support allows you to have a doula in your corner throughout pregnancy and, if you choose, by your side virtually when labour begins.
Pregnancy Support
A dedicated space to ask questions, talk through concerns, prepare for birth, and navigate the decisions that come with pregnancy and becoming a parent.
Birth Preparation
We’ll explore your options, discuss your hopes and concerns, prepare for labour, and talk about how you want to communicate with your care team and support people.

Resources and referrals tailored to your needs, questions, and circumstances.
Virtual Check-Ins
Regular connection throughout your pregnancy, with additional support as needed within your package.
Virtual Labour Support
Want support during labour, but don’t need someone physically in the room?
Add virtual labour support for continuous phone and/or text support during labour and birth. I’ll be there to help you work through comfort measures, questions, decisions, and the unexpected moments that can come with labour.
